Zebra Web Design is an exciting and progressive company working at the cutting edge of web technology. We are looking for a new member of our hardworking, focused team. Due to internal promotion and increased sales activity we are seeking a full time Account Handler. Zebra Web Design is a well established agency located in Newcastle Upon Tyne’s city centre. The business has been established since 1995. We are a customer focused organisation, developing relationships with our clients, facilitating their technical and design needs as their businesses grow. We are part of The Zebra Group so benefit from the associated in-house knowledge and technology of our own data centre and hosting facilities.

Role

Working directly under the Creative Director this is a diverse and exciting role within our growing business. Tasks you will be responsible for will include client liaison and paper work, writing proposals, maintaining office routines, new business research, attending meetings with responsibility for record keeping, web site maintenance, liaising with team members and clients to progress jobs though all stages to completion.

Skills and Experience

It is essential that you have client handling experience; this can be from any business sector. You will need to be computer literate with a good understanding of the internet and have the aptitude to learn about our services. We will be looking for good personal skills so you will need to display common sense, have a good telephone manner, be able to express yourself well when writing, be a clear thinker capable of establishing solutions. It is essential that you are a team player and also have the tenacity to manage your own full work load.

Full time position

Salary dependent on experience.
